In those countryside and villages it is still possible to discover traditional knowledge, capable of giving life to full and unique flavours. It happens when you meet the people and learn their stories, made up of care, ethics and respect, for the land and for rural culture, which is as contemporary as it is ancient.

A PLACE OF RELATIONSHIPS

Meeting the pasta makers, the cheesemakers, the vine growers who in a fair economy of spirit work with the products of the land and animal farming, gave rise to the decision. To create a digital shop, a place for relationships and purchasing, where to create a community between growers, breeders, producers and people who make caring for things, the land and food their lifestyle.

THE SUPPLY CHAIN

The farm covers the entire supply chain, from hay to the production of Parmigiano Reggiano. The dairy processes milk only from our cows, the hay we feed them with comes from our fields.

SUSTAINABILITY

We have been able to combine the tradition of the art of Parmigiano Reggiano production with environmental sustainability: we are completely energy independent thanks to photovoltaic and biogas plants. Our farms have low water consumption and we do not use any kind of fertiliser or chemical agents.

CERTIFICATIONS

On our Mondo Piccolo farm, in Roccabianca, we produce a Parmigiano Reggiano of the highest quality, recognised by the consortium with the Premium label. A unique product, dedicated to lovers of good food, pleasing to the palate even after up to 120 months of maturation of our finest cheeses.
