THE SUPPLY CHAIN
The production of our High-Quality Parmigiano Reggiano follows the slow rhythms of nature. Our cows are exclusively dairy cows and feed on hay from our fields. We use only one milk, with no heat treatments or additives. The ageing cells preserve a unique product, the result of the care and well-being of our animals.
WE COVER THE ENTIRE SUPPLY CHAIN
We are very meticulous. We only use what the land provides. The 65/35 rule is stamped on our overalls. Our dairy cows are fed 65% hay and 35% raw materials, including maize, linseed and soya. We do not use any fungicides or pesticides. Natural, produced the old-fashioned way.
Friesian, Alpine Brown and Danish Red. Our two thousand cows are exclusively dairy cows. A large family born of Luigi's care and sensitivity.
Our high-quality milk comes exclusively from our cows, is not subjected to heat treatments and contains no additives.

Every year, more than thirteen thousand wheels of High-Quality Parmigiano Reggiano pass through the expert hands of our cheesemakers. A unique product, pleasing to the palate even after up to 120 months of maturation of our finest wheels.
